Method of Opening Holes for Floor with Hole-Opener

1. The position to be drilled shall be calibrated in advance to ensure the level. (Note that there are no water and electricity lines at the corresponding positions in the wall)

2. When drilling on the anti-static floor and network floor with a glass drill bit, first make a hole in the inclined direction; Otherwise, the anti-static floor and network floor are too smooth to be operated; Or not all ceramic tiles, use nails to make a small hole directly; If you want to be precise, you can also use a plate with holes (appropriate size) to cover it. The hole plate of can be removed by making a shallow mark. And then, prepare a water bottle in advance, drill a hole in the bottle cap and fill the bottle with water. Then, when drilling, water should be soaked to the contact parts of the drill bit, anti-static floor and network floor at the same time; Especially the whole ceramic tile, there must be water.

3. There is no need to change the drill bit. Drill through the ceramic tile and continue to drill the screw depth. Pay attention to drilling a hole, remove the glass drill bit and dredge the hollow part of the blocked drill bit.

If you do not want to replace the ceramic anti-static ventilation floor, you must make holes on the original anti-static floor and network floor. Please operate according to the following methods:

1. Mark the position of the ceramic tile to be perforated with a marker (it is better to choose the solid part) and stick the sealing tape;

2. Punch a small spot with a diameter of about 2-3mm at the mark with a hammer and sample punch (There is no large steel nail available. Remember to use steel nail, also known as cement nail, but not iron nail) to remove the enamel on the surface of the ceramic tile,

3. Select the impact drill bit with the required diameter and install the impact hammer, and point the punching point vertically, and give the appropriate pressure to start the impact hammer. The feed rate should not be too large, and the awesome force can smoothly penetrate the tile. After penetrating the ceramic tile, it can be forced to feed to the required depth.
