2. Technical and organizational measures to ensure project quality
1) Before construction, technical disclosure shall be made carefully. The drilling position shall be set out according to the design requirements of the drawings and the axis and elevation datum provided by the important construction unit, and the axis and sideline shall be snapped. After setting out, the on-site technical director shall review and approve before spud in.
2) Before drilling, the location of the original structure reinforcement within the scope of planting reinforcement shall be determined according to the design drawings, and the hole location can be adjusted appropriately without reducing the calculated section size of structural stress.
3) The drilling depth shall meet the requirements of the designed anchoring length. For the anchoring of new reinforcement with higher tensile strength requirements such as the original structure and the stressed main reinforcement at the joint, the field pull-out test shall be carried out. For individual rebar that cannot reach the design depth due to conflict with the rebar in the original structure (but it shall be greater than 12d, otherwise it shall be displaced and re-opened), the anchoring depth of adjacent two rebar shall be appropriately increased.
4) The structural adhesive for planting reinforcement shall be qualified products meeting the design requirements and relevant regulations. The glue shall be prepared in strict accordance with the proportion required in the product specification, with accurate measurement and ready for use.
5) The planting reinforcement adopts the combination of glue injection in the hole and glue plastering of the reinforcement to ensure that the glue is full.
6) The construction records shall be carefully made, the project acceptance visa formalities shall be handled in time, and the data collection, sorting and review shall be carried out simultaneously.
7) For design change and material substitution, the technical verification form and material substitution change visa procedures shall be handled, and the construction unit has no right to modify the construction drawings.
8) On the premise of being familiar with the drawing requirements, the construction steps in the previous construction methods shall be strictly implemented. It shall not be changed or changed at will.
9) Due to the continuity of the drilling and planting reinforcement technical project, it is necessary to ensure the basic stability of employees at all posts during the construction process. It is not allowed to change the construction personnel at any time to ensure the stability of construction personnel and work quality.
10) In case of any unconformity with the drawings during the construction, blind construction shall not be allowed. The designer shall be contacted in time. The construction can continue only after the design change drawings are obtained.
11) The project chief engineer and quality inspector must track and inspect the quality on the site every day, and once problems are found, they should be handled or reported immediately. It is strictly prohibited to deal with quality problems overnight, and quality summary shall be made every day.
