Classification of Saw Blades

Saw blade is a steel blade with a toothed edge, which is the main part of the saw blade. It can be divided into the following types:

1) Bimetallic saw blade: saw blade is welded by carbon steel saw body and high-speed steel saw teeth. For cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Compared with single metal saw blade, bimetallic saw blade has higher heat and wear resistance and longer service life. It has strong flexibility and can effectively avoid fracture and damage in the cutting process.

2) Carbonized sand saw blade: used for cutting glass, hardened steel, stranded optical fiber and ceramic tile. It has strong heat resistance and wear resistance. It can cut all substances that cannot be cut by other saw blade or blade.

It can cut cemented carbide up to 300 mm / min, marble to 100 mm / min and granite to 40 mm / min, which is dozens of times the efficiency of traditional reciprocating saw or wire cutting (only 1.2mm ~ 2mm). Compared with the traditional reciprocating saw and circular saw, it can save 6 ~ 10 times of raw materials and bring significant economic benefits to users. These advantages are unmatched by the traditional reciprocating saw and circular saw.

3) High speed steel saw blade: for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. The hardness of HSS saw blade is higher than that of other high-speed steels. It has strong flexibility and is very suitable for matching with the saw frame with low tension. The center of the back of the saw band is not hardened to avoid cracking during cutting.

4) Carbon steel saw blade: for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Low cost, more general.
