Classification of Pneumatic Percussion Drills

Pneumatic percussion drill is used with percussion drill bit.

Pneumatic percussion drill is mainly used for installation of pipes on rock, brick wall, concrete and other components, erection of power lines and other narrow space operations, especially in high gas explosion-proof mines, pneumatic explosion-proof non sparking can better reflect its safety. Qcz-1 pneumatic percussion drill is composed of handle body, pressure handle, air cylinder, head, push rod, etc. The compressed air enters the air cylinder through the air pipe connecting pipe joint into the pressure handle for air volume adjustment, and then enters the cylinder through the push rod adjustment into impact rotation or simple impact, so as to achieve the effect of impact or rotation.

It is divided into pneumatic percussion drill and explosion-proof electric percussion drill according to the different power used.

Compared with explosion-proof electric hammer, pneumatic impact hammer only uses 0.5 ~ 0.7MPa compressed air as power, which has incomparable safety advantages. There is no insulation aging after long-term operation, resulting in electric shock and short circuit, which will produce serious coal mine safety accidents. In addition, the pneumatic percussion drill is easy to use. Under the mine, it can work as long as there are compressed air pipes, and there is no need to pull wires from a long distance. Pneumatic drilling rigs can be divided into qcz-1 mining percussion drill and qcz-30 pneumatic percussion drill according to the different drilling capacity under the coal mine.

Pneumatic percussion drill is mainly suitable for percussion drilling on concrete floor, wall, brick, stone, wood board and multi-layer materials. It is used for installing pipes, erecting power lines and installing anchor bolts. Chemical plant, refinery, construction, heavy industry, dangerous and humid tunnel, underwater and narrow space operation; Especially in high gas explosion-proof mines, pneumatic explosion-proof and non-sparking can better reflect its safety.
