Causes of Wear of Alloy Saw BladeⅡ

Reason 3: Whether the Cooling of the Saw Blade is Done Well

The essence of alloy saw blade is a kind of consumable. The speed of consumption of saw blade in the process of use is determined by many factors.

In addition to whether the operator using the saw blade according to the regulations, whether the temperature of the saw blade is within a reasonable range when the saw blade actually cuts materials is also related to the wear time of an alloy saw blade.

At present, among many profile processing enterprises, there are two sawing methods. The first is dry cutting without taking any cooling measures, while the other is wet cutting. Micro lubrication devices are installed on the sawing equipment.

If you want to ask about the differences between the two sawing methods, the most obvious is the service time of the saw blade. Generally, due to wet cutting, the cutting fluid is sprayed onto the saw blade in the form of atomization at the amount of 0.05 ml per second through a micro lubrication device.

In this way, the temperature of the saw blade itself can be taken away by the cutting fluid, and the degree of deformation of the saw blade due to heating becomes smaller. Over time, the service life of the saw blade will be extended.

For dry cutting, although the quality of early sawing may be same as that of wet cutting, with the passage of time, the saw blade with dry cutting will often be scrapped in advance.

At present, there are many reasons for the wear of alloy saw blades. In addition to the above three reasons, whether the operation of front-line operators is standardized is also a reason, but it is not extremely important.

So, in order to effectively make the saw blade wear later, in addition to taking some late action measures, it is also a key to choose a saw blade with excellent quality from the beginning.
